• US Mail (media rate, ground, 2-3 weeks): $3 per book plus $5 handling.
• US Priority Mail (airmail, 2-4 days): $8 per book plus $5 handling.

To Canada
• Canada by US Priority Mail (airmail, 2-4 days): $10 per book plus $5 handling.

To All Other Countries (We regret an inexpensive surface rate for international shipping is no longer available from the United States Postal Service.)
• International Mail (airmail, 1-2 weeks): $16 per book plus $8 handling.
